A telepathic nature

Allen is so right about our magical connection. Recently when I was working in my lab, I was thinking about Dante's Down the Hatch. I don't know why it came to mind...it was so out of the blue! I was sorting flies and then I started to think about Dante's. It was our first "fancy" date, technically our fourth date (1st date at O'charley's, 2nd date with griffin and carli at the OK Cafe (random I know), 3rd date with chris and amy (putt putt and dinner)...then fourth date at Dante's). If you've never been to Dante's you HAVE TO GO!!!

It is awesome. The inside is decorated like a pirate ship, the waiters are dressed like shipmen and women, and they have live alligators and live jazz music!! It's fine for kids...but it's also soooo romantic! The food is amazing too...fondue...dipping sauces (love sauces)! And many famous people have been there too...like Bill Cosby, Rod Stewart, Burt Reynolds, and George W. We've been there together at least 3 times since and it never gets old. Months after our first date we doubled with Carli and Griffin. I've included a shot from that night (gotta love a man in a tie).

Anyway...maybe ten minutes after thinking about Dante's, I kid you not, Allen texted this to my cell phone "was our first dante's our fourth date?" I mean, can you believe that?! Oceans and countries separate us and we can still read each other's minds. When we were dating we would end up wearing similar clothes (polos or checkered shirts or stripes) and we would finish each other's sentences...now we just know what each other is thinking without saying a word.
