Just a few short weeks now

Monday is day 36 in our count down. Allen and his battalion will be moving into tents sometime next week so that their quarters can be cleaned for the incoming soldiers. Hopefully, they won't be in the tents too long so that they can move on to Kuwait. They should be in Kuwait no more than 3 days...then the states!!!

He's expected to fly to Fort Lewis in Washington and the base in Phoenix before returning to Tallahassee. The return date could be as early as June 22nd and as late as July 2nd.

I've felt so bi-polar this week...and I think I'll be this way until he returns FOR GOOD! Every time I think about Allen coming back I get soooo excited!!! Then the second I stop thinking about it I'm sad that he's not here.

Last week I traveled up to GA for mother's day and to visit with friends and family and to take care of wedding stuff. Here are some pictures :)
